Residential Field Sales Consultants required for immediate start (Syd/Melb) – Telco leader

CPM is the world’s largest field marketing company with offices in 20 countries and part of the world’s largest communications group, Omnicom. In Australia we employ over 1000 people and specialize in direct sales, field marketing, retail sampling and call centres.
Our business partner Optus is expanding its presence and as a result we are in need of more Field Sales Consultants to join our team on our major residential sales campaign promoting Optus’s Fixed, Mobile, Data and Pay TV products.
The primary role of the Field Sales Consultant is to sell to residential customers a broad range of Optus’s products. Using the customer service training and tools provided, as the agent you will help guide the prospective customer through all facets of Optus’s products, build a solution and complete the sale.
Working within a team of 10, you will be providing a service by helping families to save money on their Telco costs. You will be speaking with people about their bills, qualifying them for range of products and finally you will be signing them up for a great deal. Simple as that!
