Inbound Customer Service Positions
at On The Ball Personnel in Victoria

Our client is a globally recognised company who specialise in Call Centre Outsourcing Solutions on behalf of their clients. They have secured the Census project for 2011 and this new and exciting campaign offers you the opportunity to join their dynamic team!
This role will involve handling inbound calls of a detailed nature - You will be required to follow a script and also assist the general public with any enquiries relating to the specific nature of the campaign. Fully paid training is provided to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge to handle the inbound calls.
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK AND COMMIT TO THE FOLLOWING DATES AND HOURS:
• Monday 1st August - Tuesday 16th August
• Monday to Friday - Operational hours between 08.30 - 20.00
Flexibility will be required around these hours and your reliability will be essential!
We are seeking candidates that:
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Can type 40 WPM (minimum) with 100% accuracy
• Have a basic understanding of Windows
• Can offer flexibility regarding their availablity.
This role would suit candidates with strong customer service experience, particularly call centre based. We are happy to receive applications from Working Holiday Visa holders.
The site is located a 10 minute walk from Cheltenham Train Station and for those who wish to drive, there is 120 car parking spaces avaiable on site!
