Sales Team Leader
2evolve is a leader in the fundraising industry with over 12 years raising funds on behalf of charities. ChildFund Australia, Heart Foundation, Make-A-Wish, Save The Children and Amnesty International are just some of the clients we work with.
As a Team Leader you will manage a small team of up to 8 fundraisers, working alongside them, meeting your own targets and leading from the front. Your role requires you to motivate, coach, drive sales targets, and create a fun team orientated culture. You will be working in outdoor locations, shopping centre's, malls, and events inspiring the people to become a monthly supporter. Your normal working hours would be Mon - Fri 9-5.
To be successful in this role you will need team leader experience in a direct sales environment. We seek someone with a unique character, confident, upbeat, energetic, and target driven. Someone who likes to have fun and be assertive with an ability to engage conversation.
We offer
- Excellent salary $56k + super
- Uncapped commission + bonuses OTE $80k +
- Full training provided
- 4 weeks annual leave
