Our client is looking for a first class Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary on-going basis for 6 months
Key Responsibilities include:
• Inbound and outbound calls - providing a high level of customer service by assisting clients in the management of their accounts
• Resolving customer issues/disputes
• Maintaining and updating customer database
• Liaising with different teams within the business
To be considered, you must have:
• Excellent demonstrated customer service or call centre experience
• An excellent phone manner
• Sound computer skills
• Multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• An energetic and positive attitude
Naturally, you'll need to be an excellent communicator - someone who can establish positive rapport with people.
Customer service experience will be beneficial to your application. You will need to be able to demonstrate your excellent customer service skills through prior work experience in a relevant role. You will have clear communication skills, be self motivated and be very reliable.
