HR Administration
at GN Connections in Sydney

Our client is looking for someone that will bring ingenuity and ability to learn and absorb HR principals across a diverse range of methodologies, while having the capacity and drive to work closely with the HR Manager and Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities in the role include but are not limited to:
• Coordinating and preparing documentation for new starters;
• Generating and managing staff changes and exit procedures;
• Assisting with induction and training requirements;
• Facilitating weekly HR meetings and ensuring accuracy of data;
• Booking and managing team activities including flights, accommodation, rooms and catering;
• Supporting HR team with recruitment processes;
• Providing general administrative support where required.
To be successful in this role you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or Management and sound knowledge and experience gained in Professional Services
