Legal Secretaries

Our top tier client is looking for a legal secretary to join their team for an immediate start.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be to manage the day to day operations of authors and provide administrative assistance, develop excellent relationships with clients, assist with the billing for the team each month, timesheets, typing and travel and diary management.
You will possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, accurate typing and attention to detail, your new role will be challenging and rewarding. As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for high-volume secretarial and administration duties
Ideally you will possess a minimum 2-3 years experience as a legal secretarial experience, a good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages, fast and accurate typing skills, good attention to detail, ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
