THE JOB
We are currently looking for cool, friendly people with a keen attitude to learn and want to make lots of $$$$ on our major face to face energy sales
campaign.
We are providing a service by helping families to save money on their power bills. You will be speaking with people about their bills, qualifying them for a discount, Simple as that! We have 2000 people working in our company for 3 reasons
1) because they love our culture
2) they make fantastic money and....
3) It\'s an easy product to promote!
We have Melbourne\'s easiest job! Saving families money to help the environment... No brainer!
What’s in it for YOU
$CASH$:
We pay a weekly base of $700 plus commission plus full time employee entitlements including leave. The average wage is $800 - $1200 per week. We provide you with ongoing training & will empower you to develop your earning potential. That\'s what we do here, we make you money!
CAREER:
NEW CAMPAIGN... So we are looking to promote 6 people within the next 12 weeks into Sales Management/Team Leader roles. We are also expanding to other states which means opportunities to progress into higher roles such as Training, Recruitment, Middle Management, etc. You don\'t need the boss to retire here!! We promote from within based on your attitude and performance not your previous experience!
CULTURE:
We pride ourselves on our down to earth results driven and workhardplayhard culture - our staff have real trouble keeping up with the events we organise! Here\'s a taster:- Monthly awards nights with bar tabs; BBQ\'s; Prizes; Heaps of friends to be made!
