Appointment Setter or Telemarketing Executive - Here is the Oppurtunity
at Search Engine Experts Pty Ltd in Melbourne
Searchx is one of the fastest growing SEO companies in Australia. Based in Richmond’s commercial area and close to the public transport, our superior system and products have garnered us ahead of competition.
And we are still growing....
To meet the market demand, we are looking for experienced, dynamic and self-motivated appointment-setters to support our sales team. Experience in SEO related telemarketer environment would be highly regarded but not essential.
What can you expect?
- Performance based pay structure with a minimum of $17an hour, realistic OTE $26 p/h (Achievable targets to get $36 an hour)
- Plus extra commissions paid for sales resulting from your appointments generated
- full-time hours 9am to 5pm, 5 days per week.
- Excellent working conditions. Small young friendly team. (not a typical call center environment).
- Paid training provided
You will need to:
- Be reliable, hard working and self motivated
- Have great verbal communication skills with a clear English-speaking voice
- Be able to work 5 days a week
- A computer literate background
- Phone experience in cold-calling and appointment setting will be an advantage.
The ideal applicant will have a confident telephone manner and be able to overcome objections well. You will enjoy working towards and exceeding sales targets and be motivated to earn top bonus $$$.
