Scene to Believe have built a reputation for delivering outgoing, motivated and interactive customer focused teams within shopping centre’s throughout Australia & New Zealand. Our Customer Service Assistants are essential for creating an unforgettable Christmas experience for all families visiting Santa.
We are currently seeking a Set Supervisor and Customer Service Assistants in Casuarina Square.
Set Supervisors will need to be available for 4-5 days of training from November 7-11. Full-time availability is essential through November and December. Set Supervisors are required to work 6 days per week (including weekends
Set Supervisors will be responsible for:
» Overall management of your team (approx. 5-10 staff) throughout the season
» Training your customer service and photography team
» Motivation of staff to reach sales targets
» Daily reporting to Scene to Believe and Shopping Centre management
» General administration
Applicants must possess the following:
» Impeccable customer service record
» Skills and ability to work with children
» Excellent communication skills
» Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
» Basic computer skills
» Mobile phone (phone allowance payable)
Experience in managing and motivating teams along with minimal photographic
experience is also preferred, however complete training will be provided to suitable
candidates.
Salary is $1500-$1800 Fortnight +super+bonuses
