Cooks and counterhands for Mobile Catering at markets and music festivals
Building up a team to work on my food stand over spring/ summer. Looking for enthusiastic, reliable staff committed to attending 2-3 music festivals a month and a twice weekly night market. Music festivals will be Harvest, Shine On, Strawberry Fields, Meredith, Pyramid Rock, Rainbow Serpent to name a few. Weekly night markets will be Victoria and Abbotsford. Must have kitchen experience and be very comfortable with dealing/ serving customers. French speakers welcome in particular for weekly night markets. Must have own transport. Please submit CV. Successful applicants will be called in for kitchen trial and interview.
