Full-time Accounts payable/receivable

Our clients are looking for candidates with Accounts Payable and/or Receivable experience who are looking to work for leading companies within various locations across Sydney.

Requirements;

• 1-2 years experience within accounts
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure
• Highly organised
• Advanced computer skills
• Ability to process a large number of invoices
• Batching, matching and coding of invoices
• Conducting payments and cheque runs
• Handling client queries
• Posting of receipts
• Bank and supplier reconciliations
• Month end reporting
• Assisting the finance team with ad-hoc duties

To be successful in this role you will need to have exposure to large ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills. You will also possess great communication skills and have impeccable attention to detail. Experience in a similar role is extremely advantageous as you will be hitting the ground running.
