Full-time Life Insurance/Superannuation/Wealth Management Roles

Our client is currently looking for multiple candidates with experience in the life insurance, superannuation or wealth management sector.
Responsibilities:

• Daily administrative tasks
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Answering member queries
• Processing new applications
• Processing member changes
• Allocations / collections of all accounts

Requirements:
• Ability to proactively field enquiries
• Strong working knowledge of insurance or superannuation
• Good knowledge of the financial market
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role
• Time management skills
• Ability to work as a team player
• Effective communication and customer service related skills
• Portfolio management experience beneficial
