Personal and Marketing Assistant to Environmental Markets Advisory Practice
We are seeking to fill a part time role supporting the CEO of an Australian based environmental markets advisory and project development practice. This role will be 1-3 days a week based in Kingston, Canberra. Activities will include both coordination of diary and calendar as well as support to marketing activities including production of basic communication materials.
Role and responsibilities include:
• Management of diary, scheduling of meetings etc.
• Management of correspondence
• Management of travel
• Support preparation of marketing material including brochures, annual reports, press releases and web content
• Identification of key regional and global events to target for participation
Skills and expertise:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in writing high level correspondence
• Creative thinker who is not afraid to think “outside the box” or to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience with Wordpress and HTML preferable
• Experience with social media including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
• Understanding of key environmental and climate change policy issues preferable
