Head Chef or Cook wanted for popular High Country Hotel
at The Harrietville Snowline Hotel in Victoria
Come and experience Victoria’s High Country and work in our Hotel & Motel. Only 3.5 hours from Melbourne in the heart of the Alpine National Park our town Harrietville is a popular destination year round destination for skiers, campers, hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers, dirt bikers and 4wders.
Who we’re looking for…
•Experienced Chef or Cook keen to run a kitchen with a great young team in an idyllic location.
•Experienced Kitchen Hands/Sous Chef or Apprentice also required.
•You will be a good communicator, capable of mentoring a team, creating great food from local produce and effectively manage a small Hotel kitchen that serves up to 200 covers per night in busy season.
•Starting casual we can offer an attractive full time flexible package for the right candidate.

•Our Hotel kitchen has developed a reputation for creating some of the best pub food in the North East.
•We are looking for a creative, passionate and experienced cook or chef who can help us continue to build our reputation for wholesome country pub food using the best local produce.
