Casual Office Admin Person (MYOB and IT knowledge important)

Busy small office in North Sydney needs Office Admin person with good Office and IT skills and knowledge for casual short term contract.
Duties include:
- coordinate office relocation
- assisting with billing and accounts
- assisting with travel bookings for Principals
- archiving and sorting files

IT duties include:
- coordinating changes to IT systems and processes
- assist in installing and setting up new software and hardware
migrating databases
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 7, XP and Outlook 2010

You must be flexible, enthusiastic and able to show initiative.
