The role will be focused purely on maintaining and driving business growth by maintaining existing client relationships and by building new business across the Greater Sydney Area.

To be successful in this role you will possess and continually acquire knowledge of market trends along with the needs and behaviours of clients and candidates.

Support and on-going training will be provided to the ideal candidate along with a generous salary lucrative commission structures.

Our ideal candidate:
• A demonstrated relationship builder
• Previous proven telesales experience – Outbound/Inbound, Retention or Lead Generation
• Or previous sales experience, ideally B2B or B2C, 1-3 years’
• Someone with a thirst for knowledge
• Money/target driven and competitive
• Tech savvy nature required to keep pace with social media sourcing strategies
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (you will be writing adverts, proofing resumes, producing client documents)
• Confident and outgoing personality with a positive resilient attitude
