Sai APAC are looking for a new friendly, confident individual to join our fun team for an office based position. We run F2F sales teams for charity fundraising & verify all of our donors by phone, enter the data into our systems, and communicate effectively with our teams every day.

You need to be available:
Monday – Friday: 1.00pm to 8.30pm
Saturday: 12.00pm to 5.30pm

Responsibilities include: – Maintaining a high level of communication with customers (new and existing) – Liaising with customers throughout the sales process – Learning and being up-to-date on the various clients we work with – Administrative duties when required

Ideally you will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). You are a team player with a great attitude, friendly personality and you care about your customers! With proven experience in a sales call centre environment, you will be driven by your desire to succeed and service clients.
