Housekeeper/cook

1.5 hours from Sydney- southern highlands -

Live in to stay in a lovely 3 bedroom cottage separate from the main house (although must on occasions have excess guests stay in cottage)

Must be an exceptional cook - in particular Italian and Asian food, Children's food, BBQ, salads, roasts, baking, afternoon tea , breakfasts.

Jobs include:

Cooking;
Cleaning (to hotel standard) and looking after guests;
Maintenance;
Outdoor work in fruit and vegetable gardens;
Child Care as necessary (visitor children only)
Some events set up and catering and bar service
Grocery and supply shopping
Security for the property

Must have utmost integrity, honesty, be very well presented (uniform required) and have exceptional manners. Current police and reference checks required. Must be hardworking and energetic. Must have own car.
