Casual Accounts, Bookkeeper short term

Working for a growing small but good business, we have a dynamic team of talented hardworking but fun individuals catering for the Technology & Engineering Design industry.
Our clients are Brisbane based, but have business nationally as well as some overseas work.
Daily work tasks include:
• MYOB data entry
• Book keeping
• Time sheet consolidation
• Inventory, online orders processing
• Stock control
• Assistance with budgets
• Payroll
• Reporting for P/L, Sales report
• BAS Statement calculations
• Accounts analysis
• Annual tax returns
Education & Qualifications:
• Currently studying or recently graduated from university or college
• Interested in continued studies in the future
Qualities & Needs:
• Must be self motivated, self starter
• Ability to work unsurprised
• Responsive with good communication skills
• Suits person interested in career development needing an employer that will sponsor and encourage them
• Hardworking, dedicated and having integrity to work in accounts
• Current student, back packer, traveller or graduate welcome to apply
