at Nick Weir Contract Mustering in Queensland
Experience the Real Outback!
Cook/Jillaroo required for outback Queensland. Nick Weir Contract Mustering is a small family owned business that is located in the Gulf of Queensland. We employ up to 10 people at a time and live, work and travel to various cattle stations. Most of our employees have returned from last year and are young, happy people to work with. We are currently located at the region of Normanton Queensland.
The position involves cooking with also an option of swapping with Mum into the camp on certain occassions (an opportunity to get on a horse and experience the cattle yards!) Estremely clean habits, a happy disposition and ability to cook a hearty home cooked meal is a major requirement. No qualifications are necessary but some cooking experience would definately be an advantage.
Please be aware that these are stock camp conditions (no email, limited phone service and isolating conditions). A very rewarding experience can be quaranteed with the chance to see parts of remote Queensland.
The pay is negotiable starting at $140/day. Start as soon as possible. Work is available until November or December.
