at Uncle Pats Restaurant Cafe & Bar in Victoria
We are seeking an experienced Chef that is committed to quality, professional, motivated and passionate about food that likes a fast paced environment.
Uncle Pats is an icon establishment situated in the heart of the Mt Buller Village and is well known for its a la carte menu (Italian-Aussie style), pizzas, fun atmosphere and excellent customer service.
The successful applicant will need to perform under pressure and take direction from the Head Chef. Strong stock control is a must and food safety qualifications will be highly regarded.
You will work for a high profile business that offers excellent $$, on-mountain accommodation, plus other staff benefits.
