Casual Mentor / coach

Two sessions per week $80 per session. (1 session equals 1 hour). Actual times negotiable. Someone to help middle aged male to loose weight and improve fitness. Duration about two months. Not an easy task you will need to be aggressive and tough, even brutal to get results. Not for feint hearted! I live within 5 minutes walking distance from a suburban station which takes about 20 minutes to get from Melbourne's Southern Cross station. You do not need any formal qualifications though experience in some sport or martial arts would be an advantage. You should be fit enough to jog and generally have a neat clean cut appearance (as I will have to be seen with you in public.) Only apply if you are prepared to literally thump me into shape !
