We are seeking experienced and motivated Tractor Drivers to join our successful farming sector of the business. Located in Pinnaroo you will be part of an energetic and professional team that is responsible for the preparation, growing and harvesting of our produce.

The successful applicant will have proven experience in the tractor driving, and have skills in one or all of the following:

• Spraying and fertilizing
• Driving forklifts
• Planting and Harvesting
• General use of farm equipment

You will possess the ability to communicate on all levels, be reliable, have good organizational skills and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be able to work unsupervised, be dedicated and possess excellent time management skills.

2 Zucchini Pickers needed for immediate start in Young NSW.
You will be picking 5 days a week on a Monday to Sunday roster depending on weather!

You must be willing to commit to the entire season (2 months minimum) and you will need your own transport and accommodation. Physical requirements of this position may include heavy lifting, frequent bending, working under hot and humid conditions out in the sun, and using machinery or other equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work commences at approximately 6.00am each morning Monday to Sunday or as the weather permits. Hand harvest usually concludes at 1.00pm to 2.00 pm as the weather is usually too hot for harvest after this time. Picking may resume in the late afternoon depending on the weather. Fruit picking is HARD work and takes practice and if you are motived and hardworking, you can make more than $100 per day. Please do not apply if you are looking for a holiday!
We pay by the bucket. The more you pick the more we pay you! Potential to earn average of $40 – $120 per day.
This job qualifies for 3 month 2nd year working holiday Australian VISA.

ACCOMMODATION
You must be available immediately and have your own car and tent or campervan.
You will be camping on site. Power, toilet, shower & kitchen facilities available.

[Casual] Picking Tomatos at Agri Muscle

Description:

Workers wanted to assist with harvesting tomatos around the Shepparton/Murchison area.
This is a very difficult job in that it is extremly physically challenging, the climate is hot and dusty. So only the strongest of workers survive this environment.
You will be working in teams of 11 on a harvester machine. The group is paid $40 (after tax) per 1 tonne bin that is shared by the group of 11. We estimate for each individual to make $100 clear per day the group must pick 27.5 bins.
We would like people who can work for the entire season or close to its conclusion in March 2012.
You will need to organise your own accommodation. You could try the 3 caravan parks, Caledonian Hotel or backpakers in Murchison itself.

As a Picker, Packer, Grader you will report directly to the Production Supervisor. You will be responsible for handling fresh produce through sophisticated state-of-the-art machinery, by way of a three-stage inspection process to ensure produce is packed to premium quality ready for sale.

To be successful in this position you will be willing to commence work as early as 5:00am. You will be hard working, highly reliable and have access to reliable transport at short notice. You will be a team player who enjoys repetitive manual tasks.
