Qualifications & Experience

NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Current or willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate

Previous bar experience preferred but not essential

Valid Australian work visa or work rights required

Tasks & Responsibilities

All standard bar duties — serving drinks, cash/EFTPOS handling, restocking, and maintaining a clean work area

Providing friendly, efficient customer service to locals and visitors

Supporting the team during busy periods, especially weekends

Weekend availability is essential

Pay & Conditions

Casual Hospitality Award – Level 3

Weekday casual rate: 33.38/hr

Saturday rate: approx. 40.05/hr

Sunday rate: approx. 46.73/hr

Public holiday penalties also apply
