Merchant Services Sales Representative

We’re looking for a driven Merchant Services Sales Representative to join our growing payments business and take ownership of the full sales cycle - from first contact through to long-term client relationships.
This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and running their own pipeline.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process with business clients, including:
- Prospecting and engaging new B2B customers
- Booking and attending face-to-face meetings
- Understanding client payment needs and pain points
- Presenting tailored merchant services and EFTPOS solutions
- Closing deals and onboarding merchants
- Managing ongoing relationships and retention
- Working closely with the internal team on installs, support, and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate CRM and sales reporting

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year experience in merchant services or EFTPOS sales (essential)
- Proven background in B2B sales
- Confident communicator, in person and over the phone
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own territory
- Comfortable meeting business owners face-to-face
- Professional, reliable, and relationship-focused
