The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic Front of House team members to join us at the Daylesford Hotel. You'll be the face of the venue — greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and making sure everyone leaves happier than when they arrived.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages, including wine service and beers on tap
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented front of house
Provide attentive and responsive customer service
Work closely with bar and kitchen teams for smooth service delivery
Assist with functions and events when required


What We're Looking For
Previous experience in front of house or hospitality preferred — but a great attitude goes a long way
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
Positive, proactive, and professional
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate highly regarded
Bar skills including pouring beers and making cocktails a bonus
Any pub or hotel experience a strong advantage
