This role
Ozaccom+ is currently looking for an experienced and professional person to join our small but energetic team. The Consultant’s role incorporates primarily accommodation and travel reservations. Travel reservations will only be a small part of this position, but it is necessary that the Consultant has experience in this area.

In this role, you will:
 Process and make accommodation reservations, using EventsAir software (training provided)
 Process and make flight bookings, using Galileo GDS, Air Tickets, CrossCheck software
 Liaise with clients by telephone and email to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded

To be successful in this role, you will have:
 Excellent customer service and communication, both written and oral
 Minimum 1 year experience in accommodation and travel reservations
 Sound knowledge of fares and ticketing, primarily domestic travel
 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, typing speed of 50 wpm with high accuracy
 Great attention to detail and accuracy
 Good organisational and time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines
 Self-motivated with a positive attitude
 Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
