Role Overview:
As a Travel Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be face-to-face selling. You'll be on the streets, actively approaching and engaging with potential clients, especially backpackers. Your role is to network in innovative ways, building genuine relationships and guiding travelers towards the best experiences our destinations have to offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach and engage with travelers on the streets and in hostels.
- Network with backpackers, using innovative strategies to build lasting relationships.
- Recommend the best tours, activities, and experiences based on travelers' interests.
- Continuously improve communication and sales skills through provided training and coaching.
- Collaborate in a multicultural environment, connecting with people from various backgrounds.

Qualifications:
- Valid working visa for Australia.
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales or a similar role.

- Multilingual skills are a significant advantage.
- Previous sales experience is a huge bonus.
