Country Au Pair Experience In North West Nsw! Nov24 Start; 6 Months+

Exciting opportunity to join our family on a farm! We’re looking for a child-loving person who wants to experience the real Australian bush and integrate into our young family on the farm. We’re a busy family of five with a 3 year old daughter and 18 month old son (plus a dog, cat, chooks and guinea fowl) – also a 2 month old but I’ll be looking after him as I’m on maternity leave. My husband is a grain farmer and I’m currently on maternity leave looking after the baby (I usually work part-time and remotely for a media company based in Sydney).

We are looking for an energetic person to assist in looking after our 2 older kids and perform light house duties. The role requires caring for our 2 older kids on 2-4 afternoons per week, helping with childcare drop offs and evening routines, as well as help with general household duties such as washing and cooking (I’m happy to work with you according to your skills/preferences).

We live on a farm 30kms east of Moree. Moree is a young, agricultural town known for its farming, beautiful rivers and scenery, artesian hot pools, cafes and events. There is a large population of young people living and working in the region and we were the proud rugby premiers in 2023 (runners up in 2024)! Moree also has a 90 minute, direct flight to Sydney.

We will provide you with:
- Great accommodation in a newly renovated and furnished 3 bedroom cottage (all yours!), next to our house on our farm
- Access to a car – driver’s license required and it is important you are a confident driver for this role

Due to the nature of our business, some farmwork could be available for anyone seeking their 2nd/3rd year visa.
