Hostel Night Porter

The Mahony Group is looking for Night Porter's for its busy Brisbane Hostels

Tasks will include:
-Checking in and out of guests
-Providing good customer service
-Dealing with guests complaints and situations when they arise
-Making sure all guests are following rules of the hostel
-Cleaning tasks of common areas such as:
Wiping down surfaces
Sweeping and mopping
Washing of some dishes
Picking up of rubbish and bottles
-Restocking fridge and vending
-Reorganising tables and chairs to ensure place is neat and tidy

Hours will be approx 11pm-0700am 3-5 shifts per week.

Casual position base rate starting at $31.23 per hour, plus appropriate penalty rates for after hours work, weekends and holidays
