Job Description
We are seeking a Qualified, experienced chef for our Cafe/Bistro, commencing January 2025.
We are a small rustic, country-style hotel, in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country, NSW. Our beautiful property, set on 6ha, with great facilities and friendly farm animals.
If you are a confident chef, who wants to run their own show - then this is the job for you! If you can work on your own, write menus, order supplies and do all the prep - we'd love to hear from you. Experience tending your own kitchen garden would be great too.
Accommodation is a possibility for the right person, so is the possibility of a sponsored visa.
