Job Description
Are you a reliable team player looking for stable work in a welcoming regional environment? Josh’s Rainbow Eggs, a family-owned business in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, is seeking a motivated individual to join our egg grading room team.
Visa Eligibility:
This role is located in a designated regional area and may be suitable for applicants seeking to complete a 12-month regional work requirement. We require at least a 6 month commitment.
The Role:
As an Egg Grading Room Operator, you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for managing our egg processing line. Your duties will include:
Operating and assisting with the egg grading machine
Performing quality control checks to ensure eggs meet our standards
Packing graded eggs into cartons and boxes accurately
Loading and maintaining a steady supply of eggs and packaging materials on the line
Hours:
Monday to Friday
7:00 am to approximately 4:00–5:00 pm
Consistent, stable full-time hours
We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctual
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
Willing to learn and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in English (high level)
Able to commit to a 12-month period
Has access to a car for transport
