Expected salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
The Outback tavern and Steakhouse - a member of The Nevic Holdings Companies is a Tavern, based in Emerald's main street and servicing the central highlands, coalfields surrounds. Owned by a local family. The Outback Tavern and steakhouse is looking to hire an experienced Chef.

Must have extensive knowledge of running a kitchen. The experienced candidate will be required to, but not be limited to, be able to complete the following duties:

general and specialised duties, including supervision or training of kitchen employees;
ordering and stock control;
or supervising kitchen employees in a single kitchen establishment.
general cleaning duties within a kitchen or food preparation area and scullery, including cleaning cooking and general utensils used in a kitchen and restaurant.
A very attractive remuneration package will be considered for the right applicant and would include a Salary ranging from $70k-$75k p/a exclusive of superannuation, depending on personal circumstances, accommodation in the Groups apartments in the town. We are looking for a successful applicant to commence as soon as possible.
