We’re looking for a skilled Barber to join our highly sought-after team in the heart of Mount Isa If you’re a professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, loves building strong client relationships, and is passionate about delivering top-quality cuts and services, we want to meet you!

What Can We Offer You?

Uncapped earning potential: $30 – $45 per hour. Plus, a generous and achievable commission structure (we have a strong client retention rate so earning great commissions from day 1 is easily achievable).
A ‘no stress’ workplace where you can come to work, create great hair, and go home on time.
Work when you want to: We’re open Monday-Saturday & can negotiate days/times to suit your needs.
Rest assured with guaranteed hours every week: choose from Full time or Part time – flexible employment arrangement.
No Micromanagement: our team are self-managed and we’re all great friends. You’ll have plenty of support with us.
Looking to step up? Management roles available if wanted.
We’re professionally owned and operated. Our Owner owns 3 shops in total. You’ll always be paid on time, treated with respect, and given proper breaks.
