Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Telesales/Customer service/ General Admin This support-level position will provide support to various departments, focusing on general administrative tasks, managing phone calls, some cold calling and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

General sales administration:

Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate team members.
Filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records.
Assisting with basic office-related tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and printing, calling customers to promote products and sending marketing information, logging into CRM.


Miscellaneous Office Tasks:

Assisting with office organization and tidiness.
Supporting HR or other departments with basic administrative support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and phone systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel experience essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required.
