Responsibilities

○ Develop and refine fullstack applications, emphasizing intuitive, responsive interfaces and robust backend systems.
○ Design and maintain reusable, efficient component libraries for high-quality user interactions.
○ Architect and optimize backend services for scalability and performance at the enterprise level.
○ Collaborate closely with team members to seamlessly integrate frontend and backend components, delivering interactive user experiences.
○ Partner with the founding team to define, design, and bring to market innovative features.
○ Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and test automation across both frontend and backend architectures.
○ Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in both frontend and backend technologies.

Experience

Over 6 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on React (and optionally Aurelia) for the frontend, and Symfony (preferred) or Laravel for the backend.

○ Expertise in creating high-quality, interactive user interfaces with various component libraries.
○ A solid background in building and integrating backend services and APIs, with experience in scaling applications to handle high user loads and concurrent requests.
○ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), as well as PHP (for Symfony or Laravel).
○ Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work autonomously.
○ Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and an understanding of frontend and backend architecture patterns.
○ Familiarity with frontend build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel), and backend development tools and practices.
○ Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
○ Experience in optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security best practices.
○ Proficiency in English (B2 level or equivalent) for effective communication within an international team.

Desired Skills

○ Knowledge of Node.js is a plus.
○ Strong engineering skills in designing systems that scale to hundreds of millions of users and thousands of concurrent API calls.
○ Familiarity with SysOps and DevOps methodologies, enabling efficient and scalable solutions.
○ In-depth knowledge and practical experience with cloud-based solutions, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS).
○ A thorough understanding of SEO principles to optimize platform visibility and performance.
