About the Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our marketing initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This multifaceted role offers an exciting blend of creativity, analytics, and collaboration, allowing you to make a meaningful impact whilst having the opportunity to eventually become a permanent position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:

- Influencer Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement an innovative influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our brand goals and targets the youth adventure travel market. This includes research, identification, and outreach to potential influencers.

- Brand Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships with brands that share our ethos and can enhance our offerings. Manage all aspects of these partnerships, from negotiation to execution and evaluation.

- Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

- Content Collaboration: Develop engaging and compelling content for various social media channels, EDM’s & SEO pages. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials. Assist in developing our loyalty programmes, giveaway, sales and promotions.

- Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and key performance indicators. Utilise data-driven insights to guide future marketing decisions and optimise strategies.

Preferred Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in content creation, influencer management and campaign execution.
- Ability to use Canva / Photoshop.
- Knowledge and experience in working with influencers and PR.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
