Job Description

We run a broadacre grain farm growing winter crops such as wheat, canola and barley in the Central West of NSW. Located approximately 1hr from the regional city of Dubbo we are seeking a responsible, organised, tidy, enthusiastic person to join our team to assist with general farm duties but more specifically maintenance and improvements to farm infrastructure including building repairs, gutters, painting, houses, sheds, water infrastructure. Those with a building/construction trade would be highly desirable and previous farm work is not essential. Those with a trade outside of building such as plumbing, fitting, welding, mechanical would also be considered.

Other general farm duties would include, spraying, fence maintenance, slashing and general labour.

Must be eligible to work within Australia and located within Australia.

Good wages and housing on farm available. Own car will be required for personal travel but a vehicle will be available for work use on farm.

Eligible for 2nd/3rd year Visa is required.

We are a young farming family located in central west NSW. Near the Warrumbungle National Park. Growing grain and cattle. We are located 65kms from Coonabarabran, 60kms from Gilgandra and 1.5hrs drive to Dubbo. We have 4 young daughters (8yrs and under).
