Job Description
Drake Perth is currently recruiting for an immediate start Customer Service Administrator to cover a maternity leave period (6-12mths).
Based in Wangara, within the furniture imports industry, the role will see you undertake a variety of generalist customer service tasks, enquiries, customer updates, communication of delivery timeframes and associated issues, generalist account enquiries and other ad hoc administration tasks as required. The role will also provide generalist support to the sales team.
This is a busy, fast paced role that would suit someone from a similar background.
Hours of work will be flexible, 3 days per week, between the hours of 7am-4.30pm (flexible on start time).
To be further considered, the following criteria will be key:
- strong & adaptable customer service skills
- experience with payroll functions
- microsoft office suite experience
- excellent english
- based in Perth and on appropriate long term visa
- own transport
