Home Care (female)

Hello everyone,
We are a warm and welcoming family in Syndey’s Northern Beaches seeking a live-in carer to join our household. I am a 43-year-old mother of 2 girls, aged 12 and 13 who is currently fighting breast cancer, I need a carer to assist in daytime basic assistance (non-medical), household duties and companionship from 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday, whilst my husband is at work and my children at school.
I am easy going and friendly and really just need some help rather than fulltime care.

Responsibilities:
Assisting with mobility around the house.
Preparing simple meals and snacks.
Taking me out to local beach and cafés through the day
Driving me to shops and medical appointments.
Grocery shopping.
Light household chores, i.e. folding washing, unpacking dishwasher etc. (House is cleaned weekly by other contractor and not in scope)
Dropping children to local after-school activities when required.


Requirements:
A positive, patient, and caring attitude.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to become part of our family and share cultural experiences.
Valid driver's license.
