Job Title: Backpacker - Blinds and Security Screens Installer (Contract)

Location: Carrapateena Mines, South Australia

Schedule: 10 days on, 4 days off (on-site stay required during work period)

Compensation: Competitive; Includes pay for travel time

Stan Bond is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Backpacker for a temporary contract at the Carrapateena Mines in South Australia. This is a unique opportunity to join our dedicated team in providing quality installation services for blinds and security screens within a dynamic mine environment.

Responsibilities
Efficiently install various types of blinds and security screens as per client requirements and company standards.
Work collaboratively with a team to ensure timely completion of installation projects.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while working on the mine site.
Attend mandatory training sessions as required, including safety briefings.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Prepare and submit work reports and documentation as needed.
Requirements
Physical ability to perform manual work, including lifting and operating installation tools and machinery.
Previous experience in installations or a similar field preferred but not required.
Must possess or be willing to obtain a White Card (Construction Induction Card) prior to commencement.
Must undergo and pass a police check due to the nature of the work environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a remote location for extended periods (10 days on-site).
Open to receiving job-specific training.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to safety and a strong understanding of work health and safety principles.
