About Us: The“Ye Olde Quindanning Inne” is a heritage listed country pub located just 90 minutes south of Perth. With 19 rooms, a 1000pax capacity beer garden, and seated restaurant service the Quindanning Hotel is the perfect day trip from Bunbury, Mandurah, or Perth. We have a bustling weekend El a Carte’ service, as well as catering to our local community, and travellers Monday to Thursday. Being a destination venue we pride ourselves on great food, cold drinks, and friendly service, providing unforgettable experiences for tour bus and large group functions, weddings, and large scale live music events .

We are currently seeking an experienced bar manager to join our team.

Our hotel is open every day other than Christmas Day, so there is plenty of weekend work with associated penalty rates, available. If travelling for work, consecutive shifts and flexible rosters can be arranged, as well as on site accomodation.

The successful applicant shall have a valid driver's licence, their unrestricted approved manager's certificate. Ideally have experience working in country pubs, and be comfortable both in quiet weekday trade, as well as be comfortable working our busy weekend services.
Being a country pub, although not always busy, there is always work to be done. We are seeking someone who is self motivated, and take pride in this iconic heritage listed bar, and their role in providing the best possible service to our patrons.
