Foh Manager & Head Chef

Have you got experience managing a bar or restaurant? Or are you a Head Chef? We are looking for a hospitality manager and head chef to take the reigns and lead our team at Camel Rock Brewhouse on the beautiful south coast!

? What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a bar or hospitality venue is a must.
You must have a valid RSA (Venue manager)
A can-do attitude and love for creating great experiences.
Flexibility to handle the hustle of peak summer crowds.

Your Role: The Venue Manager will lead the venue, keep things running smoothly, train staff and focus on a great customer experience.

The Head Chef: Will lead the kitchen team in creating beautiful casual pub fare that compliments our craft beers.
