New Business Associate

**Location:** Faulconbridge, Blue Mountains (On-site)
**Position Type:** Casual/Part-Time | **3 Days Per Week** | **5 Hours Per Day** (Flexible Days)
**Pay Rate:** **$30 per hour**

TouchBoard is a local Blue Mountains-based manufacturer and distributor of cutting-edge audio-visual solutions, serving schools, businesses, and institutions across Australia. We’re a small, passionate team dedicated to delivering top-tier technology and service.

The Role:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our Faulconbridge team for 3 days per week (approx. 15 hours total). You’ll provide essential support managing client communications and administrative tasks, helping us maintain strong relationships and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Make friendly follow-up calls/emails to schools and businesses from our client list.

Email Management: Draft and send templated emails to confirm orders, share promotions, and answer FAQs.

Data Entry & Excel Work: Update client records, track interactions, and maintain spreadsheets.

Document Preparation: Use Microsoft Word to format quotes, invoices, and simple reports.

General Admin Support: Assist our small, collaborative team with ad-hoc tasks.

You’ll Be Perfect If You…
- Are enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable – a self-starter who thrives in a small-team environment.

- Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Can communicate clearly and professionally via phone/email.

- Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

- Enjoy working independently but love being part of a supportive local team.

- Bonus: Interest in AV tech or prior admin/customer service experience!
