Due to the expansion of our Trade & Engineering division, we are excited to welcome a Recruitment Resourcer to our highly successful team.

Your Responsibilities!
• Source candidates across the trade, engineering, and construction sectors
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and pre-employment verifications
• Develop a call cycle to implement a Candidate Care program
• Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
To Thrive, You Will Need!
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, along with a degree in HR or a related field
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
