Resch Brewing & Distilling is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Distilling & Business Development Assistant to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a passion for distilling, brewing, and business development, who also has a keen eye for branding, sales, and promotions.

While training and a development pathway are provided, previous hospitality experience and an understanding of liquor promotions are highly regarded.

About the Role
This role has a primary focus on distilling and business development, while also involving hands-on assistance in the brewery and support in sales, marketing, and product development.

A key part of this role is to help develop and expand our spirits range, working on branding, promotional activities, and business growth. You’ll also assist in the brewing and distilling processes while contributing to sales strategy, marketing efforts, and brand awareness.

This full-time position is based on the NSW award wage, with the
potential to earn commission based on proven sales performance
after a set period.

Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in the distilling process, ensuring high-quality production standards
? Support product development for our spirits range, including branding & marketing
? Help drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities
? Assist in the brewing process alongside our production team
? Assist in packaging, cleaning, and equipment maintenance
? Conduct liquor promotions, tastings, and events to showcase our products
? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and venues
? Work alongside marketing to execute promotional activities and campaigns
? Maintain accurate records and inventory

What We’re Looking For:
✅ A passion for distilling, brewing, and business development
✅ Some hands-on experience in a distillery/brewery (training provided)
✅ Previous hospitality experience & understanding of liquor promotions is highly regarded
✅ Sales, marketing, or branding experience is a plus
✅ Strong work ethic, time management, and attention to detail
✅ Outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Ability to work both independently and within a team
✅ A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essential
