WINTER 2025- Chef De Partie
Smiggins Hotel & Chalet Apartments, a Ski in / Ski out hotel located in Smiggins- Perisher Ski Resort is seeking energetic individuals to be a part of our team this Winter! We're in search of talented individuals to fill multiple roles of an experienced Chef and Cook, creating a memorable experience for our guests by providing delicious meals.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner services, we are seeking experienced chefs and cooks with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality food.
We offer our guests a buffet breakfast, lunch bar, formal dining room and bistro.
We are looking for people with experience as a Chef/ Breakfast Chef / Cook.
We are looking for:
Previous experience in a culinary position
Great organisational and communication skills
Australian working rights, with flexibility for varied rosters, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Commitment to the entire winter season from June 6 to October 10

Ski in/Ski out staff accommodation with full board (deducted from your weekly wage)

Positions open as a chef in our main kitchen, as well as our burger bar on the front deck of the hotel
