NOW HIRING: Experienced Horse Trainer & Riding Instructor/s

Chidlow Estate – WA Hills Region
We’re seeking a passionate and skilled horse trainer and riding instructor to join our growing team at Chidlow Estate. This is a casual position suited to someone with a solid foundation in horse education and rider development.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 3 years experience in horse training and instructing riders (beginners to advanced)
✔️ Confident working with both horses and people
✔️ Strong communication skills and fluent in English
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Calm, positive attitude and professional manner
Duties Include:
– Schooling and maintaining horses in work
– Teaching private and small group riding lessons
– Supporting young or nervous riders
– Contributing to the overall care and wellbeing of the horses
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves variety, is confident in both groundwork and saddle, and enjoys helping both horses and riders thrive.
