This full-time role suits a qualified stylist who wants a structured salon where every chair runs on skill and every shift runs on rhythm.

Our floor runs on a clear system: the Client Experience Manager coordinates flow, the Stylist owns service, and the Technical Director guides craft.

We honour a two-way pact - you bring consistency and craft; we back you with structure, fairness, and professional calm.

Once readiness is demonstrated, you will be confident and trusted to run the salon floor as the lead stylist on days when the Technical Director is not working, in partnership with the Client Experience Manager - maintaining calm flow, service consistency, and client excellence throughout the day.

The Client Experience Manager delivers key support to stylists, including administration and phone handling, basin and treatment assistance, shampoo and conditioner attachment support, and real-time time-management control.

This structure allows you to stay fully focused on service, craft, and client results.

What You'll Be Doing

Precision cutting, ratio-based colouring, and tailored styling using Paul Mitchell The Colour

Working across two chairs where appropriate, balancing client flow, timing, and service quality

Signature Basin Service is performed primarily by the Client Experience Manager. You support delivery as required to keep client flow calm and service standards consistent

Following Cuts By Carella systems, scripts, and timing standards to deliver consistent, high-quality service every shift

Reinforcing aftercare plans and rebooking support with every client to protect results and loyalty

Maintaining daily floor readiness - stations, tools, and retail display set at open; reset to standard before close

Partnering with the Client Experience Manager and Technical Director to keep the floor calm, coordinated, and client-first

Providing guidance to emerging stylists when rostered together to maintain consistency across the team

Maintaining a spotless station and stepping in for team flow when required

What You Bring

Either Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hairdressing (or equivalent apprenticeship)

Minimum three years of post-qualification salon experience within tropical or high-humidity environments, or at least five years of post-qualification experience in non-tropical salons.

Suited to an experienced stylist able to operate independently within a structured team

Proven skill in cutting, colouring, blow-drying, and treatments

A calm, reliable, team-first approach - no ego, no drama

Clear communication, sound timing, and pride in end-to-end service

Commitment to hygiene, safety, and professional presentation at all times

Confident, professional product recommendations that link to in-salon results

Must have full Australian work rights and be available to commence immediately

Roster & Earnings

Full-time roster with a rotating weekend schedule, including Sundays

Base salary 75,000 + bonuses and incentives (typical total 85,000 - 90,000 per year)

4 or 5 Day Working Weeks

Trials are paid
