Tourism Bookings Manager

Fraser Dingo 4WD Adventures, a 4WD tagalong tour operator based in beautiful Hervey Bay, is seeking a motivated Tourism Booking Manager to join our team. We specialize in eco-adventures to K’gari Fraser Island and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service while sharing our passion for the region.

As Booking Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily bookings and preparations of our 4WD hire and tagalong tours. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the running of the office
• Managing daily booking preparations
• Planning and preparing schedules
• Updating product information
• Liaising with industry partners
• Assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies, preparing documents, using adobe suite and canva for product development.

We are looking for an all-rounder with:

• Demonstrated tourism booking management experience, using backend booking software
• Experience in the tourism industry (tertiary qualifications are an advantage)
• Excellent computer and web application skills
• Practical skills to assist with equipment maintenance and organization as needed
• Reliability and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Marketing experience, including planning and scheduling strategies and experience with Adobe Suite or Canva
• A manual driver’s license

This is a permanent, full-time position with 36 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The early start times mean you get to enjoy your afternoons. The position commences on June 16th, 2025 in Hervey Bay. (training days would be needed in the week before)
